What to expect

After Feeling

You may feel more peaceful, lighter, cleaner and more energised after your colonic.

Temporary Effects

Some clients may experience mild fatigue, slight headache or bloating, especially after early treatments.

Hydration

Drink water after treatment. Lemon water may help support the flushing effect.

Support your body after your treatment.

Because the colon has been cleared of solid matter, it may take an average of one to four days before normal bowel movements resume.

Good hydration, simple meals, herbal teas and gentle digestion-supporting habits can help you feel better after your treatment.
